Nice. Another good title by Image. I think this one is still a little rough around the edges and that’s okay. It’s got plot that can drive it. I can’t really say much about this one because that would give away too much. There are plot twists happening, and I want to see how far down the rabbit hole they go. I wasn’t blown away by the dialogue or the art, but it is just the beginning of this series. Anyone who has ever loved a sidekick or thought about their plight will enjoy what this brings to the table. It’s got hidden darkness and emotion to it. I jumped into the middle of this and didn’t feel too lost, but I really want to start from page one after reading this.
I give this one a B: B for betrayal.
