CON QUEST Capeless Crusader’s ECCC Show Guide and Panel/Party/Event List

Behind NYCC and SDCC, Emerald City Comicon is the third biggest comics and pop culture convention in North America, taking place in lovely downtown Seattle. Capeless will be reporting live from the show through Twitter, Facebook, and articles on the site. ECCC combines a quality mix of panels, booths, events, breaking news, and, of course, lots of industry professionals. Below we outline some of the can’t-miss panels, help you find the various after-parties and events happening around the city, and guide you in making your comprehensive Comicon schedule. Bat-Dad and Orphan: Family Among Gotham’s Heroes

With an amazing career that has featured appearances in such films as A Knights TaleDodgeball, and 42, Alan is also an accomplished vocal performer, appearing in Wreck-It RalphYoung Justice, and Frozen. He is perhaps best known for his role as Wash in both the TV series Firefly and its movie adaptation, Serenity.

They’ll talk about the origins of The Carol Corps, its Ms. Marvel-inspired offshoot The Kamala Korps, and what’s in store for the future.

Kirby Krackle: Unplugged

Kyle Stevens from Kirby Krackle will be performing an acoustic set calling on songs from the Seattle nerd-rock band’s five album discography, telling stories behind the songs, and answering questions on what it is to be a nerd-rock band in 2014.
