Valiant Launches Fan Art Contest for Valiant Vanquished Season 2

Valiant Comics wants to bring fans into the Valiant Universe in a whole new way, by way of Valiant Vanquished.

The New York-based independent comic book publisher announced a fan art contest earlier today.

Valiant Universe is the publisher’s tabletop role-playing game, select adventures in which are featured in live-streaming episodes of Valiant Vanquished. The series was co-created by Valiant and Twitch.

For the contest, Valiant is giving fans the opportunity to submit art set within the world of the RPG. Selected submissions will be featured not only on the show, but in a published Valiant comic. What that comic will be was not clear, but a new series set within the world of the game wouldn’t be a shock. Given the success Big Two competitor DC has enjoyed with their print adaptation of the Injustice: Gods Among Us games, Valiant may be positioning themselves for a similar release.

The rules for submission can be found on Valiant’s site, and you can take a look at episodes of Valiant Vanquished here.
