Marvel to Celebrate Women’s History Month with WOMEN OF POWER Covers

Marvel Comics has been doing a stellar job reaching out to female fans in recent years. They have launched numerous new titles starring female leads, elevating the profiles of such classic characters as Black Widow and Scarlet Witch while launching new characters such as Ms. Marvel and Spider-Gwen.

Today the New York-based publisher announced that they would be releasing a series of covers spotlighting these characters and more for 2016’s Women’s History Month. With twenty-five covers in all, and over half of them set to be delivered by female artists, Marvel is doubling down on its investment in female fans, something that the entire industry should take note of.
