Marvel wants your kids to start reading comics very, very young.
Marvel comics has unveiled a new plan to get kids as young as pre-school into comic books. It seems like Marvel has launched a multi-platform initiative including comic books, animated series and toys. The animated series includes 10 three and a half minute episodes.
While there’s no word on where it will go, one assumes it will be on Disney’s new service. They will also produce companion books like a Christmas special featuring a team up between Spider-man and Spider-Gwen.
The toys will apparently be a collaboration with retailers such as Target, Walmart and Toys-R-Us.
