Josh Williamson’s BIRTHRIGHT #3 Goes Back to Press

Following the success of the last run, Image Comics announced today that the third issue of creator Joshua Williamson’s Birthright will return to press for a second printing.

The issue got a stellar 9.4/10 review from Capeless’ own Cody Mudge, and the latest installment is set to hit shelves this coming Wednesday.

According to Comichron, the first issue clocked in at a solid 27,234 with the second selling at a respectable 18,484, which marks a significant decline. The December sales numbers will not be out from Diamond until the second week of the month, so it’s difficult to say exactly what the numbers were on Birthright #3, but if the Image press release it to be believed, it’s readership has been growing from month to month.
