[FROM THE OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE]
Best known for his work on DC Comics’s Superman, Superman/Batman, and Marvel’s Hulk working with long-time collaborator Jeph Loeb, McGuinness’s expressive art style is one of the most well-recognized styles in comics today. His most recent work includes the Marvel miniseries, Avengers: X-Sanction and the Marvel NOW! titles Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy.
“We’ve had so many fan requests for Ed over the last few years that when the stars aligned and his schedule opened up, we jumped at the chance to have him at the show,” said Marc Nathan, show promoter of the Baltimore Comic-Con. “His art is among the very best in the industry, and we can’t wait for the fans to be able see him at this year’s show!”
